October may be over, but fall is still in full swing! We’ve put together six fun events happening in Marysville this month. Leave your suggestions in the comments and let us know what you’re most excited for this month!

November 3-5, “The Game’s Afoot” community theater production

Presented by the Silver Scene Players, this Sherlock Homes-inspired production opens Friday, November 3 at the Union County Veterans Memorial Auditorium. Proceeds from the play will benefit the Bridges Community Action Partnership.

November 4, “March to the Holidays” craft show

Shop the wares of over 80 local vendors at Marysville High School at a holiday craft show benefitting the MHS marching band

November 5, “The Great Pumpkin Drop”

Have you ever wondered what happens to a pumpkin when it’s dropped from a 100-foot ladder? You and your family can find out at The Great Pumpkin Drop happening at the Marysville Fire Station. Watch your pumpkin splatter as it’s dropped from the fire truck ladder, while enjoying fall treats and a bouncy house! You can also tour the fire house and explore the trucks. Best of all proceeds benefit Blessings in a Backpack, which provides food for the weekends to elementary school children on the free or reduced school lunch program.

November 11, Honey Compass at The Ville Grille

Beloved local band Honey Compass will be giving a performance at the Ville Grille on Saturday night. Check out a new spot in town and enjoy some live music!

November 16, Hispanic Cultural Night at Marysville High School

Stop by Alumni Hall from 5 to 8 p.m. to enjoy a sampling of food, as well as traditional Flamenco and Salsa dance performances at Hispanic Cultural Night. Advance tickets are $5 for students and $10 for adults. Proceeds benefit Spanish language student’s study abroad trips!

November 18, Cabaret Night at Marysville High School

Come out and support the MHS show choir with a night of musical performances, including a sneak peek at the Swingers Unlimited and Mini Swingers competition shows! The show starts at 7 p.m. and tickets are $10. Grab your tickets here.

November 23, Marysville Pumpkin Dash

Prep for a day of Thanksgiving feasting by burning calories and raising funds at the Marysville Pumpkin Dash. This 5K race held on Thanksgiving morning snakes through uptown and helps to raise money for the MHS Cross Country and Track teams.

November 25, Small Business Saturday

Celebrate Small Business Saturday in Uptown Marysville by shopping local and grabbing gifts for the upcoming Christmas season.

November 27, Uptown Christmas Walk and Tree Lighting

The beloved annual Uptown Marysville Christmas Walk will be held Monday, November 27 from 5 to 8 p.m. Bring the whole family for holiday shopping, a visit with Santa, and, of course, the magical tree lighting ceremony in Partner’s Park.
