What's Up, Marysville? – Marysville, OH

 

We’ve know Theresa for years before we decided to build. She had used my business when it came to needing her children’s Senior High School pictures and then again for their family portrait, so it was a natural choice to “shop local” and use her as our realtor.

 

It was another 3 year ordeal of me talking my husband into moving from the house he had been in for 30 years to a condo in Walker Villas, but in the end it was the beautiful layout of the condominium itself and the “no maintenance life” that sold him on it. That was the first part.  Then… COVID-19 came into the picture, but Theresa assured us that she thought our older, existing house would still sell, and boy did she deliver! After advising us on a few things she thought would help us sell our house, we got several offers and practically sold it in less than 24 hours.

Our experience with Theresa has been very positive. One of her strengths is her tenacity. Our decision to buy a condominium at Walker Villas was a two-year work in progress. After our initial contact with Theresa, we asked her to keep us up to-date on any changes and price incentives. Her tenacity in doing this brought us back to look at Walker Villas several times resulting in our purchase.

 

We also needed to sell our home, so we decided to ask Theresa to sell it. Selling and buying is very stressful. However, Theresa is very organized and knowledgeable and coordinated all the necessary documentation. We might add, that Theresa had a buyer for our home before it was listed, so we didn’t have to go through the showing/open-house process.
