Who doesn’t love the Parade of Homes? Thousands of homeowners around Central Ohio visit every year to tour the impressive neighborhood and get stunning design ideas for their own homes. With an astounding sixteen homes, the 2016 Parade promises to be bigger and better than ever. Located in the brand-new Verona development in Powell, adjacent to the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, this year’s Parade of Homes is being heralded by builders and buyers alike as the ideal location for young families.

Special features at this year’s parade include: dog-friendly spaces, Vastu architecture, cord-free phone charging stations and even a tiny home on display, designed by construction students from Fort Hayes Education Center.

The Parade runs from September 3rd to September 18. For tickets and more info, visit the BIA website here.

To say thank you to our service men and women, the BIA is offering free admission for all active and retired military personnel, law enforcement and first responders on Labor Day, Monday, September 5. Personnel must show ID to receive free admission. Guests of military, law enforcement and first responders will receive $2 off the price of admission.
