August means just one thing in Union County: hot air balloons! 🎈 As lifelong Marysvillians (Marysville-ites?), we admit we’re pretty big fans. If you never checked out the All-Ohio Balloon Fest, this year is your chance. It’s back and better than ever, and we’re feeling pretty lucky it’s happening in our own backyard. In addition to the hot air balloon festivities, check out what else is happening around town this month.

Friday Nights Uptown
Enjoy the last Friday Night Uptown event of the summer August 6, starting at 6 p.m. Live entertainment will be provided by Santana tribute band Madrigal.

Dive-In Movie at Marysville Pool
Grab a blanket and head out to the Marysville Pool on Saturday, August 7 for Scoob! Reservation required.

All-Ohio Balloon Fest
On August 12, 13 and 14, a swarm of hot air balloons will take off from the Union County Airport in a beautiful tribute to the summer season. Cole Swindell and Mitchell Tenpenny will perform, and there will be plenty of fun events in between. Tickets are required and can be purchased here.
