We’ve weathered April showers, and we’re now ready for those May flowers! Check out our round-up of fun spring events this month as things begin to return to normal (live music is back!). If you’re still having trouble finding out where you can sign up for a COVID vaccine, we’ve included a few public health resources below, as well.
Painting Thru the Pandemic with Crooked Door Studio
For those rainy Spring weekends, Crooked Door Studio is still hosting virtual paint nights! Paint a masterpiece for your own walls, or create a special gift for someone else Friday or Saturday nights in May. It’s free to participate, but donations are appreciated.
Putt-Putt and MORA in Uptown Marysville
Every Friday night in May, Merchant National Bank presents Putt-Putt Golf uptown from 6-9 p.m.! You can also stroll and explore the shops with a beverage, thanks to the MORA.
Virtual 5K at Jim Simmons Trail
Get back into your running routine after a long quarantine with this virtual 5K. Run the route any time between May 8-16, and post your results. Proceeds benefit Pelotonia.
Once Upon a Wine Book Club with Dalton Union Winery and Marysville Public Library
Grab a copy of this month’s read (In the Kingdom of Ice: The Great and Terrible Polar Voyage of the USS Jeannette by Hampton Sides) at the library and head out to Dalton Union on May 11 for a socially distant discussion with wine! Registration required.
