Welcome to a new month, Marysville! Although it’s not quite time yet, September always has us looking forward to our favorites: fall and Halloween! Take advantage of a few late summer local activities, as we gear up for the start of a new season.

Labor Day at Dalton Union Winery
Enjoy the last holiday weekend of the summer at Dalton Union. On Saturday, September 5, you can sip a summertime wine and chow down on lobster rolls from everyone’s fav food truck: Cousins Maine Lobster.

Dog Swim at Marysville Pool
The pool will go to the dogs on September 8! Take your pup for a swim at the Marysville Municipal Pool. Admission is $5 per dog, with half of the proceeds benefiting the Union County Humane Society.

Virtual Events from Marysville Public Library
Throughout the month of September, the library will host virtual events via Facebook Live. Every Monday, they’ll host virtual story time for the kiddos. Look out for virtual trivia nights later this month too!

Virtual Fall Planter Workshop with Dutch Mill Greenhouse
We love seeing our local favs get creative when it comes to hosting socially distant events. Sign up for this Virtual DIY Fall Planter Workshop from Dutch Mill Greenhouse. Pick up your kit ahead of time and follow along with their video at home.

*Also, if you prefer an in-person craft night, Rustic Reflections is also hosting many events (with live music!) throughout the month, as is Scheiderer Farms.

Neighborhood Cleanup in Uptown Marysville
Join Impact60 for a socially distant cleanup event in uptown Marysville. Support the community by contributing your time to keep it beautiful! Don’t forget your mask!
