Merry on Main Ice Skating at Partners Park

Checking out the new town ice rink seems like the perfect start to this Christmas long weekend! The “ice” will be open for skating from 2-8 p.m. on Saturday, plus Santa will be making his final appearance from 10 a.m. to noon too. Bring your cameras!

Harold Stewart & The Blues Hounds at Lucky’s Grille

Head out to Lucky’s for a little rhythm and blues this Saturday night. Harold Stewart & The Blues Hounds will be kicking things off at 9 p.m. for a “pre-Christmas Blues Celebration.”

Where to celebrate New Year’s Eve

Looking for some last-minute (and local) New Year’s Eve plans? Don’t sweat it. Marysville has a few fun options for those of us looking to stay close, but still celebrate in style. Dalton Union New Year’s Party – Dalton Union will be hosting a New Year’s soiree with live music, party favors and tasty appetizers and desserts. Tickets are $30 a piece and are available here.

Noon Year’s Eve – The Marysville Public Library is hosting a New Year’s party just for the kids starting at 11:30 a.m. There will be crafts and lots of excitement as the kids countdown til noon.

The Ville Grille New Year’s Dinner – The Ville Grille is accepting reservations for a prix fixe dinner, featuring prime rib or salmon. The price is $75 per couple and they’ll be open until 11 p.m.
